Throughput Lab runs live online hands-on workshops on creative production for performance teams. Throughput Lab is a project operated by Zeely, Inc., 2810 N Church St, Ste 27833, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States, which acts as the controller of the data described here.
When you register: your work email, your first name if you give it, and your answers about role, team size and monthly ad spend. When you visit: the page you came from, campaign parameters in the link, and usage data collected by analytics and advertising cookies.
To decide which workshops to run, to email you the date and joining link of the workshop you registered for, and to measure which pages and ads work. We do not sell your data.
Your consent, given with the checkbox on the registration form, for emails about the workshop. Our legitimate interest for basic site analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Service providers that host the site, store registrations, send email and measure ads (for example Cloudflare, Google, Meta and Mixpanel). Some of them process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
Until the workshop you registered for has taken place and follow-up emails are sent, and no longer than 12 months after registration.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
